Kieran Friel RIP

Kieran Friel, Leaving Cert class of 1980, originally from Killester, has sadly passed away. On behalf of all here in Joey’s I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Kieran’s family and friends. Funeral arrangements below. May Kieran Rest in Peace.

The death has occurred of Kieran FRIEL
Laurel Lodge, Castleknock, Dublin
FRIEL (Laurel Lodge, Castleknock, Dublin 15 and formerly of Aer Lingus and the Irish Air Corps) January 17th. 2017 (peacefully) surrounded by his family and in the loving care of the staff at the Mater Private Hospital. Kieran, beloved husband of Frances, dear father of Ciara, Michael, Ellen and Anna and son of Dannie and the late Olive.

Sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughters, father, brothers Donal and Brendan, sister Mary, brothers-in-law Jim, Séamus, John, Bobby, James and Tony, sisters-in-law Helen, Nora, Mary, Anne, Éilis and Niamh, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and his wide circle of friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing at Cunninghams Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Friday evening from 6pm to 8pm. Removal to the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle, Laurel Lodge on Saturday morning arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in Esker Cemetery, Lucan. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown.
