Lats Friday, our entire TY cohort completed their 5 week work placements as part of the PTech programme. Students were in business partners such as IBM, CISCO, Irish Life, Virgin, Irish Rail, Salesforce and Deloitte, amongst others. On the day, the students and partners held a showcase event showing the project and task work they had undertaken to all visitors. This event was held in NCI, and invitees included those from Business in the Community, Department of Education, Government, as well as a representative group from CLAPTECH Asia who run a sister programme.
Well done to all students on their work, and we are looking forward to having you back in for the final term. Thank you to all business partners, PTech committee members and homes for the support that enables students to achieve in placements such as these.
