City Connects

  • City Connects is a program that aims to ensure that each student receives the services and resources they need to succeed and thrive. It is for all students.
  • The City Connects Coordinator, Siobhan O’Keeffe, will look at each student’s interests, strengths, and needs across various parts of their life.
  • The students can then be matched with supports and services either in school or in the community.
  • Examples might be activities like swimming, music, extra tutoring, after school and weekend clubs etc.
  • Some students may need more intensive interventions and parents and guardians will be involved in the process at all stages.

This project has been running very successfully in a number of primary schools for the last five years. We are fortunate to be one of the schools offering it in second level.
