On last Thursday March 12 two teams of TY students represented the school at the DUBLIN CITY ENTERPRISE STUDENT AWARDS which was held in Dublin Castle.
Two teams represented St Joseph’s and they were as follows:
Lyrikey Team: Adrian Winter, Jamie Curry and Deeshan Camiah. This team presented an APP for Android Devices for downloading lyrics to your favourite songs. This got a “special endorsement” from the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, Mr. Richard Bruton.
Sub Inc Team: Ciarán Kelly, Ryan White,, Tariq Rowe and Danny de Vaal. This team’s project was USB Wristbands. This attracted a lot of attention from the judges.
Congratulations to all the lads involved and to their teachers Mr. D. O’Meara and Ms B. Bowles.
